In Continuous washing ranges:
n Neoxil PK can be added either at the end of the range or run counter throughout the range.
n Incase a pH controlled automatic dosing system is not available; a concentration of 0.5 ml/l can serve a rough guideline.
In Discontinuous process:
n Neoxil PK can be added during the final rinse after a peroxide treated batch.
n Neoxil PK is recommended for final acid treatment after fluorescent whitening to prevent yellowing from antioxidants.
n 1gpl after the completion of scouring process at 80°C.
n Special non volatile acidic components based on organic acids
• No risk of fibre damage
• Constant pH value on stored fabrics
• No danger of corrosion in machines such as stenters
n Excellent complexing/dispersing power with threshold effect
• Avoidance of deposits on fabrics and machinery parts
• No formation of disturbing neutralization salts on the goods
• Enhance process safety in subsequent dyeing
n It makes RFD and Fabric free from residue peroxide added in scouring bath and at the end.
n It reduces the pH of scouring bath simultaneously and allows the alkali into the molecule of fibre.
n Removes all kinds of impurities from the fabric.
